Return /Refund policy
How long do I have to return a product after receiving it?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Will I get a refund if I return an item?
Yes, if your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?
You should contact customer support immediately at support@truketo.com and provide a photo or video of the defective or wrong item so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
Shipping policy
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and seasonal demand.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding to international destinations in the near future.
What if my package is lost or never arrives?
If your package hasn’t been delivered after 15 business days and tracking shows it’s still in transit, please contact us with your order number. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier, and if confirmed lost, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund.
